About Us

Located conveniently on the Hamilton Stoney Creek Mountain inside Heritage Green Baptist Church, Bloom Adult Day Program was founded in 2019.

Our space is bright, cheerful and fully accessible! We have a large gym space, smaller room for art/board games/quiet activities, as well as a sensory room.

Our Adult Day Program welcomes neurodiverse individuals 18+ who are looking for a space to participate in a wide variety of recreation activities, learn new skills and gain new friendships in a safe and supportive environment. 

Bloom offers an incredible variety of programs and activities,facilitated by highly qualified staff who are committed to the enjoyment and safety of all our clients. We pride ourselves on offering low staff to client ratios, with 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 support available. We strongly believe in low ratios to maintain a high level of safety and quality at Bloom.
