Bloom Adult Day Program provides a recreation and community-based program for individuals ages 18+ with a physical or developmental disability.   Our passion is providing a space where everyone is included, encouraged and respected.

Creating an individualized program for our clients based on their interests, abilities and goals, while also encouraging engaging in new activities is a key element of Bloom.
